Hello

I have a water leak 100% coming from a circular cap near glow plugs top RHS engine.

Any advise for part number advise to amend?

Here’s hoping it’s not anything more serious than this ‘seal’.

I don’t have any other issues and there’s no lose of power so hoping this isn’t pointing to anything more serious.

Many thanks

That sounds like the cylinder head cap. Part number  MS666139.

There are several in a block, used to seal the holes that are left from the manufacturing process.

You legend Lewis - thanks a lot!

I have a good photo of it but wasn’t allowed to add to original message but pretty sure we’re talking about the same thing and makes perfect sense to me.

Initial search on Google / Mitzy Bitz hasn’t been fruitful but quite prepared to go down the import route if I have to.

Any other ideas on where I’d source one?

So pleased it didn’t spell fatal.  Love my truk  Very Happy

The engine is used in Pajero's ans L200, so try any garage that used to sell Mitsubishi’s, as they will still have to honour the vehicle warranty.
