Got some guy on messenger looking at my sale, but he says he is in Italy and will fly to UK and drive back to Italy in the van.
However his location comes up as New York USA.
For now will treat him as possible scam.
What do you think?

You have nothing to lose here. Either he turns up and pays cash for it or he doesn't.

Yes there is a possibility somebody else could turn up claiming to be him, but again unless you have cash in your hand you keep it.
