Relatively new and proud owner of a 3.0 V6 here.....

I don't (and won't) have FB but do wonder if I'm missing out on any meets due to this forum being unfortunately sparsely populated these days? Anyone know of anything going on this spring/summer?

I'm just down the road in Southampton.
There's sometimes a few people go to the adventure overland event at Stafford, but I think there's not enough of us around in any one area for local meets!

I have bumped into some people at general classic car meets, eg Departure lounge: http://www.thedepartureloungecafe.co.uk/classic-car-Sunday/ and Headly classics on the green: https://www.classiccarevents.uk/events/001531.php

So may be an option to find a local car meet we can gatecrash?
(some have rules that if your vehicle doesn't fit the event criteria you have to park in the public car park, not the display field, but that doesn't bother me! - we can make a Delica corner :-) )

When club meets are set up or ones organised by individual club members, They are always mentioned on here, as it is easier to organise things here than it is on Facebook.

Andy Has mentioned some possible weekend meetups at two previous venues, Coniston Hall, at Lake Coniston;  And Wood Farm, a few miles south of Alton Towers.

That one particularly appeals. Will speak to the Mrs, I reckon she'll be down for it.

As a new Delica owner myself, I'd also be keen to attend a meet, if there are any coming up?

Incidentally, as I regularly volunteer with Motorsport UK as a Rally Marshal, I would be happy to accommodate anyone if they were interested in coming along for a rally event at some point. Most of the rallies I do are in Wales, but I also do one or two a year up in Yorkshire, if that is better for anyone.

If anyone is interested in coming out on a rally, feel free to drop me a PM. If there are a few folks interested, I could always create another thread (as I don't want to hijack this one).
