Anyone know where I can get a fuel shutoff solenoid replacement?
Mitzibits don’t have any.
When I turn the key off she runs on for a couple of minutes and then stops.
I think the solenoid is sticking for a while.

Fuel solenoid arrived today complete with an exploded diagram of the fuel pump with all parts numbered.
It is brand new Bosch one from Pajeroparts Ltd.
Cannot complain about the excellent service.

Further to my last it is not the fuel solenoid!
Had a mate fit the new solenoid and it worked a couple of times and then the same problem occurred!
It is apparently the switch on the back of the ignition barrel that shuts off the solenoid.
Sometimes it works and sometimes not.
My mate is trying to find a replacement as he has seen it.
If not will have to wire a switch into the circuit to isolate the solenoid.

Bummer on it not being a faulty solenoid.
Good in that it was the correct solenoid for the vehicle.
Even better that you spotted a faultthat could affect other Deli's.

Adding a separate switch, to open the solenoid, when the ignition is on, could also be a useful antitheft device.
I guess if you want to take out the added action of manually activating the switch every time you want to use the vehicle, you could just use a simple four pin relay.
Also lucky in that you are a sparky for doing the work.
Very Happy

There isan L300 owner, on DelicaMart, looking for a L300 propshaft, so Nev Monty may be useful to him also.

Isolating switch fitted and working, so now have spare fuel shutoff solenoid if anyone needs one.
Just have to remember to switch it on before trying to start up!
