Having read all the Hype about Birmingham CAZ I just used the Government site to see what the charge is for driving in it.

The site also lets you check the Leeds CAZ as well.

It just required me to enter my reg No and confirm it is registered in the Uk and not a Taxi, then showed my vehicle details and asked which Zone(s) I wanted to drive in.
I ticked both and it said:-

Birmingham
The vehicle will not be charged.

I got 'vehicle details incomplete' so it couldn't calculate and may get charged. I wonder if the default is if in doubt charge full price .

Last time I checked London it was free for LEZ and full price for ULEZ.

So their systems don't quite add up!

Have to pay to take Mitsi into Birmingham ( why would anyone want to!!) from this summer.
Site didn't say anything about Leeds though.
And no way to go to London!!!.
