I had to jump start the van with a battery pack and on turning it over the needle flicked right over to the right and stayed there, all the other gauges work, any clues as to what has happened, is there a fuse ? †

Thanks in advance Smile

Have you tried tapping the front of the display  Question

My speedo needle sticks sometimes, just a light tap on the panel frees it.

Check where the speed sensor plugs into the gearbox, there may be a loose connection.

Juley.

Why were your batteries low  Question

Try driving some distance,
if that don't work, disconnect battery for about ten minutes. - - - If that don't work = Hmmm  Question
Or maybe replacement Speed sensor required, cheap on the bay, and I have a part No.

Question - When "jumping" was it from a donor vehicle  Question

AND, was donor vehicle engine running  Question
