Hi all, fitting new disks and pads today and one of the slider bolts has sheared off in the carrier.
I've left it soaking in wd40 overnight and I'll see if I can get it out in the morning.
I'm panicking a bit as we're going away Sunday for a few days!!
Has anyone by any chance got one spare a reasonable distance from Wrexham.
Also does anyone know the part number?
- Front off-side L400 '94.
TIA  Smile

If you have the tools, do as I did - drill and tap an m5 thread down the centre of the slider bolt.
Then chop the end off a long m5 coach bolt and screw it in to the slider stub, now place a penny washer over the threaded coach bolt and use a m5 nut to draw the slider stub out.

People have drilled the remainder out of the carrier but the chances of damaging the bore is high.

Did you have any joy with this?  I ended up in the same boat last year and ended up getting a replacement carrier from a breaker.
