Hi,

Coolant level rises in expansion tank when i open the lid (cold engine), at the same time pressure is present inside. I bet on head gasket or even worse.
Can anyone recognize the failure? The expansion tank lid is fine.
cheers

If there is NO overheating problem, or loss of coolant, I reckon - Don't worry.

The rising liquid in the header tank -
I think that may be the hoses shrinking from the pressure release when you open the cap.

Its possible that there is air in the system. Try "Bleeding" the system via the bleed valve.
