okay, so i thought i had fixed this problem for good. i have resealed both seams and siliconed up the small holes where the roof gutters join at the front. but i still have water in the footwells i have noticed that its not coming from the old places. but it seems to be coming from behind the blower thats behind the cool box. has anyone else had this problem ? or whats behind there that could leak? thanks grib

Air con drain pipe goes out the bottom of the unit through the floor. Has it come off?

thanks pink pig but  its not come off. plus my air con does not work. it seams to be pooling from about 3 inchs to the right of the air con pipe and coming from behind the heater just below where it joins the front panel

Is the heater matrix in there? Is it clean, or taste of anti-freeze?

Its behind the heater matrix. It tastes clean so I am assuming its rain water.
After having a closer look there seems to be a small weep on the welded joint of the bracket where it joins the body work. The heater matrix is attached to this bracket.
If I remove the bash plate will this give me access to the other side so I can silicone it or will I have to try doing it from Inside the cab which is a bit tight.
Thanks
