Hmmm ...
I wonder if it is possible to connect an oil pressure sensor there.

My oil pressure sensor is on the side of the block below the filter IIRC.

Does your oil light not come on when you turn on the ignition, and go out when the engine starts? These engines do not tend to suffer low oil pressure in my experience - oil pump and big end/mains wear do not feature in owners problems. There should be a tapping for an oil pressure switch just below the filter on the side of the block. Find a switch that fits, and wire a gauge to it. I'll see if I can take a pic, if it stops raining.

i can't find any info in the manual ..
so i can't be sure if it is there or what kind of sensor will fit ..
any additional info will be very helpful ..

have you managed to check that the tapping you have is M10. The principle appears correct for fitting a pipe fed pressure gauge, as long as you have something to screw into the 1/8"NPT connection, whether that be the pipe union, or simply a blocking bolt if you are using the M10 female outlet for the gauge pipe.

*&(^(%(^%*%$**%$$
NPT , BSPT , .....  ... a lot of abbreviations ...  Mad  :?  Shocked  Embarassed
seems that i've confused different sizes ..
you are right andy .. ..i have to find an adaptor 1/8 NPT male to 1/8 BSP female ..
on the other hand i don't like the idea of all those joints and adaptors .. .
maybe i will have to reconsider my decission ..

Thank you anyway ...
