Hi, having just got the L300 through the MOT feeling happy, i was driving down a bumpy lane and the rear leaf spring broke. It has come apart around the front rubber bush, are there new springs available or will i have to source a secondhand one. It is for a 1991 L300 super exceed P35 4x4, Thanks in advance. |

LEAF SPRING UPDATE. Could not find a new one, quite a few around for the P25 L300 but not the P35 4x4. Managed to get hold of a good 2nd hand leaf spring, it took me about 6 hours to get the old one off as everything was rusted up and only 1-1/2 hours to fit the new one so back on the road again. Anyone got any old L300s they are scrapping keep hold of the leaf springs as they are getting harder to get hold off. |

Rear leaf springs are the same on both the P25 and P35.
Only difference is P25 is Low Roof solid top, P35 is High Roof with Crystalite windows. _________________ Ian.
