My last set of tyres were Kumho kl 71 they have been good all round and have been on for 18 months or so.
I have had grizzly claw and other chunky remoulds before but they crack and fall to bits before they wear out.
So no more remoulds. 
I bought x4 31x10.5x15 hi fly vigorous mts, they are not remoulds but made in China. It looks like they have copied the tread pattern from kl 71 as they are similar. Anyway, next day delivery, had them fitted, after a faff with a huge 20 litre bead blaster the tyre decided to seat on my 10 inch rims.
They run well, road noise is well less than grizzlies and slightly more than kl71s, they are round with no high spots and they didn’t need a rim full of lead to balance, so I’m happy up to now / just waiting for the rain to finish my assessment.

Well if you haven't modified your front arches to fit them in, then they will do it for you.

Are they road legal

They are road legal and yes torsion bar and gentle arch persuasion required.
