Not a dealer for the faint-hearted.

Having recently bought my Delica I started to sort out those small things that were not to my satisfaction. I spoke to Southampton Mitsubishi (in Bitterne) and ordered the parts required. I was assured that they would be in on the following Saturday. After an hour's trip down there I found that they were not. The following Saturday I went down after having been called by the dealer and upon arrival was told by the clerk that I must pay for them even if they were not the right parts! At no time prior to this was this requirement ever mentioned to me. One of the parts fitted, so I paid and took it, the other was just too costly. (£30 for an ashtray.)

HA!
The only help they offered me was to give me the phone number of a company who could do the job that they couldn't (in this case steering geometry).
I think its called "outsourcing".... (or dunno mate, ask someone who gives a ****, seeing as you didn't buy your motor from our forecourt)

There are much better mitsu dealers however - so have a search on the site. They all do mail order.
