I'm expecting delivery of some Blueprint replacement discs (ADC44381) and have found some instructions on the Aussie site...

http://www.~.com/viewtopic.php?t=17883

Not sure why, but just a bit nervous about it,  there's no mention of torque settings anywhere for replacing hub ?  are they needed.

Technically easy - In practice  Question  If they've been on for a few years, the bolts will be tight.

Place hub on solid piece of wood, with a decent steel drift, and about a 2lb hammer strike the tops of the bolts,
they should then undo - crossed fingers  Rolling Eyes

When replacing the new discs, clean the round surfaces with emery cloth, check the discs go onto the hub.
Then apply grease to the mating surfaces.

"Doing up" the bolts = quite tight.

The hub bearings only need to be hand tight - - - Except, if you have larger tyres or wheels -
I did tracking on Steve's L400, I think Paintpot on here, he had larger tyres fitted, spent two hours  Shocked trying to get it right.
I found a loose track rod end, and loose wheel bearings, eventually I also found that the larger tyres needed the wheel bearings to be a bit tighter.

Had I not have a Dynamic Tracking tool, I would not have discovered this.

If you have the ABS system installed don't forget to swap the ABS speed ring from the old disc to the new one:-

NB: take care removing it as it is prone to cracking.  Shocked

Got the disc sorted okay (on the n/s anyway!).  Biggest problem was actually the two phillips screws holding in the bearing locking ring, which needed an impact driver.

Now have issues with the brake pipe unions, trying to change the seized cylinder...

Lots of wire brushing, plenty of penetrating fluid, let it soak overnight,  make sure your spanner is a good tight fit, best with an extension of some kind, so you can get slow torque on it. When you get it just moving , check you aren't twisting the pipe. If the union is siezed to the pipe, and it twists, you probably needed a new pipe anyway.

On that application/component/s, one of the best "Penetrating fluids" = Brake Fluid (preferably used, 'cos its cheaper)  Idea

It has the advantage of not evaporating rapidly. Well, it's designed not to.
