|
|
Hi,
been searching the net for tyre sizes etc...
I have an L400 with 15 x 5JJ alloy rims. (is this standard size)
The Current Tyres are marked up as 30 x 9.5 x 15
I think the equivilent in metric is 245/75R15
Anyone else know what size I should be using ? I don't want to go too oversized as I want maximum wet weather grip on the road. _________________ L400 Delica Space Gear Exceed 2800 Super Select 4WD |

Hi there,
The standard tyre size for the Delica is 215r 15
A lot of people here have changed to 235/75/15 due to the size being better suited to the ride/handling AND look of the motor.
30/9.5/15 is a similar size to 235's - so if you are looking to change the tyres, 235's would be your best bet. I'm sure you'll have plenty of response as to what make to go for - but I'd personally recommend BF Goodrich AT's which you can get in both 30's and 235's (£87.50 for the 30's and £71.80 for the 235's) because they are just FANTASTIC all rounders and seem to last forever!! :D
Details of where I got the prices HERE
Regards,
Bruce. _________________ '93 L300 Mystery Machine (Now in the hands of a new owner)

I'm sure I can find them here somewhere... I've only been here 6 months so this is my first tyre purchase outside the UK _________________ L400 Delica Space Gear Exceed 2800 Super Select 4WD |
