I have just replaced my rocker cover seal, so 4 anyone who is interested this is how to do it.
-Undo bolts holding intercooler & hoses & move to the side.
-using plier remove the hose from rocker cover to the air filter.
-undo the nut holding the transmission dipstick? at least i think it is.
-undo the 2 bolts with the donut shaped rubber seals holding the rocker cover on.
- now with a bit of wiggling you should be able to remove the rocker cover.
-be carfull not to drop the half moon seals into the engine (like i did) you can't see the one right at the back.
-remove the old & fit the new half moon seals.
-remove the old rocker seal & fit the new one.
-leave a smear of oil where the seal fits.
-put the cover back on taking care not to knock the half moon seals off.
-do up all the bolts & replace the inter cooler.
It only took me about 50 mins
I hope this helps someone
