Hi all,
Ordered a set of wheel arch extensions from these guys on 1st August and so far they`re a no show. I`m getting no reply to emails and the phone just goes to answerphone.Just wondering if anybody has had any dealings with them ?
Cheers.

Hi Pete,
Thanks for reply. I ordered the rubbers too. I hope the delay is due to him manufacturing himself. Comunication could be better though. Thanks again mate.
Regards.

okay,
Well its now 4 weeks since I placed my order with this company.I have sent 3 emails with no reply, several calls on the phone have gone unanswered and the mobile number provided on the website is not recognised. It is begining to appear that I have been suckered to the tune of £140. Should these wheelarches turn up I will post here. In the meantime if you`re looking for wheelarch extensions . . . .. well you know the rest !

If you paid by Visa card then contact the card company for your money to be refunded.
Effectively they pay for the parts from the supplier and you buy them from the card company.
You are also coverd by the OFT Distance Selling Regulations:- http://www.oft.gov.uk/about-the-oft/legal-powers/legal/distance-selling-regulations/

Thanks for that Lewis.I`ll look through that consumer info,I payed by debit card using the site`s google checkout.Google checkout has a mediation proceedure which I have initiated but it does`nt seem to have as much clout as paypal. They Can't take my money back out of his account.Still, nothing to lose !
Thanks again mate.
