I have just spoken to the department of transport in the last week and i have been told i can pass the Deli as a camper as long as i adhere to what actually constitues a camper van.
The rules and regulations are laid out in document P15 Revs by the department for transport and also SAV5 Revs in cahoots with VOSA.
I am going to give it a go if i get it through then i will be offering the kit to other owners who may wish to do the same.
I have an A4 sheet outlining the camper ruling PM me if you wish to have a copy of this info.
I will try and keep you updated as it should be happening in the next month or three.
