Just bought a couple of new tyres for the 92 L300 2.5 LWB what are the correct tyre pressures front & back unloaded ? as the guy at the tyre place ask me - though that was his job !

I have mine set at 2bar front and rear.
Thats what it says on the sign on front door pillar anyway :D

HI,
On mine, which are 215/75/15s, the tyre place (National)recommended 26 psi on the front and 29 psi on the rear. Fully loaded, 29 psi all around.
They have said Quote " If you run at 29 psi on the front (unloaded), you will get excessive central tyre wear."

I personally think this is a can of worms as people will choose their own pressures, but that said, the beast's ride seems A lot smoother at 26 psi on the front.
