If you can get the clip onto your computer, the best bet is probably to upload it to Youtube.

What do the signs look like?

The official one is a TRO, which will be recorded by Powys CC Rights of Way or Highways depending on what the legal status of the route is. There seem to be a fair number of "no off roading" signs doing the rounds which have all the legal basis of a bit of blank cardboard.

Besides which, what we do isn't off roading. A byway is as much a road as the A44, it just doesn't always have tarmac.

Don't drive it for now, but check it out with the Rights of Way Officer and see if the signs have any legal basis. If the lane is listed on the Definitive Map or List of Streets and is officially open, you're free to ignore them as you have a legal right to use the lane. Locked gates, etc are obstructions that should be reported.

Don't worry if it has gone - there are others around here!
