well now have a small melted hole in my carpets due to acid out of my leisure battery Embarassed

i was turning left into a side street when a young lass in a 205 decided to cut accross in front of me. little swinging on the steering wheel averted any contact. didn't hear the battery go over. went on about my way to see old workmates.
came out liquid dripping from the back of the Deli. aaargh! luckily only small area affected. yes i know i should have the battery tied up, but just moved a lot of wood and had forgoten to fasten it back into place, just a good job i have a few rubber mats in the boot area. saved a great deal of the carpet.

Wouldn't now be a good time / excuse for a custom carpet set??????

But don't do it until after the meet on Sunday so we can all have a good look first......

mmmmm let me see, the fixed carpets are like mint (or was)and i have a full set of genuine mitsi over carpets also in good condition so why would i want some more Laughing
