....to get a towbar.
It's a Trust Towbar from Towequipe via ebay. At a bargain price if I say so myself.
And before anyone asks any technical questions the answer is "I don't know".
It was fitted by my local garage because they aren't as thick as me.
Any excuse to show off my ar5e end. 8-)

You know something, I thought it didn't look right and the hitch was a bit high :?
Guess where I'm going in the morning.
Now I'm really glad I didn't do it.
EDIT: Just had a close look and it is upsidedown. B*gger! _________________ 1994 L400 SE (Black)

Job sorted. :D
I think I prefer it upsidedown though.
To be fair to the lad at the garage, the fitting diagram does give the impression that the bar should be 'upsidedown'.

Yup, and now your sockets will get bent all about whenever you go off-road. If only the sockets could be mounted higher... must be a plate that can do that somewhere. |

Off-road??? OFF-ROAD!!!!!!!!! You mean.... GET IT DIRTY????
You're right Tony, the sockets bracket could do to be angled above the hitch really. The rear clearance has dropped a couple of inches because of the hitch bracket and it's nicely shaped to act as a scoop too.
