I found THIS on bbc site but cannot find the leaflet they mention

be nice to know where you can drive legally dontknow

I had found the leaflet butthe bit I found interesting  was
'leaflets give clear instructions on which routes are open.'

On this website it states " routes are been investigated and you should check with your local authority before you use them , to see wether or not it is legal to do so"
